Sears Design Group Landscape Architects, specializes in the siting of fine homes and in the design of their gardens and grounds. Twenty-five projects have brought the firm local, state and national awards for design excellence. The firm has been featured in newspaper articles and magazines such as Southern Living, Better Homes & Gardens, and Builder/Architect, as well as several home landscape design books. Based in Raleigh, Dan Sears and his group have been providing landscape architectural services to the area since 1979. The firm's projects are also found throughout North Carolina and along the coast of the Carolinas, near Philadelphia, in Tennessee, Virginia, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

By emphasizing the "client needs", learning the client's desires and then offering several design solutions, projects are accomplished by the firm's six person staff which includes three landscape architects.
