J.H. Carter, Builder, Inc., was founded by Harold Carter. Harold Carter is a North Carolina native with 30 years of building experience. Along with an experienced group of exceptional people, builds a small number (6-7 per year) of custom homes with an eye for detail .

The Carters are builders of upper-end custom homes in the Raleigh, NC area, and are currently celebrating their 30th anniversary of building quality homes.
