Keith Weaver's development career began in 1978 with Howard Perry after time spent at North Carolina State University in the School of Design and School of Engineering. Keith is thankful and places a high value on this relationship with both Howard Perry and Arthur Sandman, local developers, where he learned the importance of quality, loyalty, and satisfied customers.

In a span of twenty-five years, Keith Weaver has developed more than 3,000 homesites in North Raleigh in over twenty communities. Many of the familiar North Raleigh neighborhoods developed by Keith Weaver through the years are Stonebridge, The Pointe, Hunters Landing, Stone Creek, Chandler Pointe, Sheffield, and most recently, Carlyle at Falls Lake.

Keith says "The creativity of being a developer excites me the most, taking a raw piece of land and turning it into a living breathing community." Because of his long-standing relationship with the Bailey family, transforming this beautiful land to an exceptional family neighborhood will be especially gratifying.
